Wow. It is less than a week until I depart for Churchill, Canada, and the polar bears. I learn that the high will be 9 below. How will I ever pack for this. I start going through any ski clothes I have ever had. This should be a real adventure. I am a yellow rose from Texas; how will I feel about the cold?

Why Start a Blog Now

I am so excited! This summer I had the opportunity to track gorillas in Rwanda and over the next two months I will be on the ice with polar bears and in the jungle in India searching for tigers. These upcoming trips are too fabulous to even believe and I want to share the amazing moments with you as they are happening. First, I have to figure out what to pack for snow and ice and then it will be time to change to hardy safari wear and set out on an amazing adventure.
