Delhi-the Sounds & Color are Fantastic
Delhi started out this morning as a beautiful big city with wide boulevards and arches.
At lunch we went to the Imperial and the old culture began to become more apparent. The hotel is amazing and brings back the formal days of the British occupancy. Then on to the memorial where Gandhi was shot. They have even recreated his footsteps to where he last spoke and then was shot.
Finally we went on a peddicab ride through the old city. How else can you feel the sights and sounds of the throng of people, animals and cars!
Here are some of the amazing sights of the controlled chaos!
Finally take a look at the city wiring as we waive good bye and head for the tiger camps tomorrow. I am just hoping for internet as well as tigers!
